Who is eligible for the built-in pet benefits?
Every Companion Energy customer is eligible! Once your electricity service starts, you simply register your pet(s) through your online portal. There is no additional monthly fee, and you can register multiple pets (regardless of breed, age, or species) under one account.
When does the 24/7 Virtual Vet Care (Airvet) become active?
Virtual vet access is typically activated within 48 hours of your pet’s registration and your official contract start date. Once active, you can access unlimited on-demand video calls or chats with licensed veterinarians at any time of day or night.
How much are the Early Termination Fees (ETFs)?
Like some providers, ETFs depend on the length of your plan. The standard ETF is $150 for a 12-month fixed-rate plan and $295 for a 24-month plan. These fees are waived if you move out of your current home or apartment.
How does the Vet Discount Program work?
Companion Energy partners with a national network (Pet Assure) to provide a 25% discount on in-house medical services. After registering your pet, you’ll receive a digital Member ID card.
